How can one’s food eating habits over time contribute to the development of diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis, or cancer?

Clearly there are genetic factors involved but by eating a healthy diet, exercising regularly, not smoking and avoiding toxins you can prevent some or all of these diseases. Just by eating healthy and not being obese you will avoid most of these. There are a number of diets and recommendations so you should find what works for you.
