I am facing with the problem of increased triglycerides to the level of 228 mg/dL and decreased level of HDL to the level of 31 mg/dL. Please suggest.

High triglycerides are related not only to the fat in your diet but also the simple sugars, so need to reduce both of these. HDL is more difficult to increase, it is not due to diet, but can be improved with aerobic exercise. In women a low HDL is a significant risk factor for cardiac disease, so try to improve that.
